The Program
In an era where a new diet is born every day, we can also explore a different way of approaching food: one that centers on self-listening.
We can use our mind to connect with hunger, desire, pleasure, and satiety. Indeed, awareness is the most powerful tool for building a more peaceful and balanced relationship with food.
The program is based on the MB-EAT Mindful Eating program (Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training), an effective scientific method for developing more mindful eating behavior. It’s not a diet, nor does it oppose them: rather, it’s a complementary approach that helps reconnect with body signals and the moment-by-moment experience of eating.
The program consists of 8 sessions lasting approximately 2 hours each.
This is complemented by a series of daily practices to be performed at home between sessions.

What is Mindful Eating
Mindful Eating, or conscious eating, means bringing full attention to the experience of eating in the moment it occurs. It’s an approach that invites us to observe without judgment the characteristics of food, the physical and emotional sensations that arise, and to develop greater awareness of hunger and satiety signals.
The program aims to cultivate a way of relating to food based on deep listening to one’s body and needs. It is not a weight loss program, nor does it directly address topics such as diets, nutrition, or meal planning.
Rather than exclusively following external rules, Mindful Eating invites us to rediscover internal signals through Mindfulness practice. It’s a journey that promotes a more balanced and peaceful relationship with eating, without impositions, but with greater awareness.
